- Chicken, cut into strips
Tomato Salsa
- 4 medium tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 1clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- ½ lime, juiced
- ½ bunch of coriander, chopped
