MINI TOMATO AND CHEDDAR CHEESE POTATO BURGERS

Ingredients for 4

  • 8 small floury potatoes (e.g. Rooster) (approximately 250g) for steaming
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Handful of basil leaves, chopped
  • ½ tablesp. rapeseed or olive oil
Cooking time: 25 MIN

An easy burger recipe with an irresistible "homemade" taste, made with potatoes, cheese and tomato, seasoned with basil.

  1. Wash the potatoes and place them in a microwave-safe dish. Fill to a third with water, cover with microwave-safe cling film and cook for 8 to 10 minutes at maximum power.
  2. Cut the potatoes into 3 or 4 slices and the tomatoes into rings.
  3. Assemble the burgers with potato, tomato, cheddar cheese, basil and potato. Hold them in place with a toothpick. Drizzle with oil.
