Find all the warmth and happiness of time spent at the table with a raclette evening with a twist. Gone are the traditional raclette cheeses, make way for the powerful flavour of blue cheese to reveal the sweetness and delicacy of the potato.
- Wash the potatoes.
- Cook them with the skin on, starting the cooking process in cold salted water to ensure perfect shape through cooking.
- Cook for 20 to 25 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes. To check whether they are cooked, prick the potatoes with the tip of a knife. If the knife comes out easily, the potatoes are cooked, otherwise cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve the potatoes with ham, grilled bacon, lettuce and melted cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
