A tasty recipe of skewered potatoes served with slices of bacon, peppers and sage.
- Cut the rashers of bacon in half.
- Cut the potatoes into thick slices (leave them whole if they are small) and roll them in bacon.
- On skewers, alternate bacon slices with chopped red and green pepper.
- Drizzle with oil.
- Sprinkle with fresh sage and salt.
- Grill for 12 to 15 minutes, turning regularly.
